Bethel College defeated Tabor College in the semi-finals in three sets. Friends University defeated Sterling College in the semi-finals in four sets. Bethel College and Friends University played twice during the regular season and split the two meetings. In the first meeting, Bethel swept Friends in three sets. In the second meeting, Friends beat Bethel in five sets. The winner of the KCAC Conference Volleyball Tournament will represent the conference in the NAIA National Tournament.
