Kari Roth is a senior runner for Southwestern College from Winfield, Kansas. This week in the Southwestern Invitational meet she started off the outdoor season by winning the 400 M low hurdles in a time of 66.89, which is within 1.5 seconds of a national qualifying mark. She also led off the winning Southwestern women's 4 x 400 m relay which posted a time of 4:13.09. In addition to these first-place finishes, she raced to a 3rd place finish in the 100 m hurdles in a time of 16.56.
