WICHITA, KS - The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) has announced this week's Men's Track & Field Athletes of the Week. The KCAC Track Athlete of the Week is Matt Ditzler from Friends University. The KCAC Field Athlete of the Week is Max Brown from Ottawa University.
 

Matt Ditzler is a sophomore runner for Friends University from Huntington, Indiana. This week in the Mt. Sac Relays in Walnut, California (April 15-17), he was ninth in the 10 K with a time of 31.12, as he set a FU school record by 4 minutes in the event, and he currently is holding the #2 time in the NAIA nationally.

                     
Max Brown is a sophomore thrower for Ottawa University from Lake Winnegabo, Missouri. This past week in the Tabor 2010 Track Meet (April 14) he was second in the Shotput with a throw of 48-4. And, at the Mule Relays of University of Central Missouri State in Warrensburg, MO (April 16) in the Shotput he had an identical 48-4 throw for eighth place. Brown's shotput throws of 48-4 were his personal best.
