WICHITA, Kan. - The NAIA has announced that 115 women's tennis players have been named 2010 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The KCAC had 6 Scholar-Athletes named. The 6 KCAC Scholar-Athletes represented 3 of the 10 KCAC institutions.


Tabor College led the KCAC with 3 Scholar-Athletes this year, representing 50% of the KCAC honorees.

 

In order to be a Scholar-Athlete, a student must be nominated by their institution's head coach, must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, and must have achieved a junior academic status to qualify for this honor.
