Wichita, Kan. - Rachel Renken, Junior, from Friends University is named Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Indoor Track Athlete of the Week. Renken earns weekly honors for her performance at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge on February 15.

Renken, a Downs, Kansas native, ran lead for the Friends' 4x800 team who finished first of six teams with a time of 9:56.59.  Renken finished fifth of 18 runners in the 3000m. Her time of 10:34.92 satisfied the NAIA "B" Qualifying Standard.
