OTTAWA, Kan. - OU senior pitcher Pam Johnston has earned Region IV Pitcher of the Week honors the conference and region office announced on Tuesday.

Johnston, from Fontana, Kan., started two games last week. She pitched 13 innings, only allowed eight hits, one run and had a 0.00 ERA. She struck out five and only allowed two walks. 

The Lady Braves ended the regular season with a overall record of 28-15 and a KCAC record of 11-5. OU will play in the first round of the KCAC Tournament on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. versus the fifth seed, Southwestern College.
