The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference 2004 All-Conference Men's Cross-Country
individuals have been announced. From the KCAC meet held October 30 at Ottawa.
The top ten runners are named All-KCAC, and the 11th through 15th finishers are
named All-KCAC Honorable-Mention.
Men’s Co-coaches-of-the-Year are Jim Helmer of Southwestern College, Winston Kenton of Friends University and Kirk Wren of Ottawa University.
