WICHITA, KS - Bethany College lost in the opening round of the 2009 NAIA Men's Tennis National Tournament on Tuesday, May 12. 

Bethany College was defeated by Lindsey Wilson College at Mobile Tennis Center in Mobile, Alabama. Lindsey Wilson College advances to compete against California Baptist University.

Bethany College were the regular season champions and the conference championship tournament winners in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference this past season, which allowed Bethany College to advance to the 2009 NAIA Men's Tennis National Tournament.
