DECATUR, AL - The NAIA honored 292 scholar athletes in women's fast pitch softball this year.  The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference was represented by 18 outstanding student athletes.
 
The following are the KCAC recipients of the Daktronics-NAIA Softball Scholar Athlete Award for 2009.  The names are presented by their corresponding institution in alphabetical order.

In order to qualifiy for this award, the student athlete must be nominated by her head coach, maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale, and achieved junior status academically.
