LINDSBORG, KS -- The 2004 All-Conference football teams of the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference have been named by the ten head coaches.

Recipients of awards in four player-honor categories were announced KCAC Player-of-the-Year: Aaron Howell of Friends University. Offensive Player-of-the-Year: Aaron Howell of Friends University. Defensive Player-of-the-Year: Bryon Smith of Bethany College. Special Teams Co-Players-of-the-Year: Garrett Whorton of Bethel College and Brian Kimsey of Tabor College.

Ben Grubb of University of Saint Mary was named the first recipient of the new “Dr. Ted Kessinger Champion of Character Award.”
