Leavenworth, Kan. - The University of Saint Mary has named Michael Evans, a 2006 Saint Mary graduate and a veteran of the university's baseball program, as the new head coach of the Spires Softball Team.

Cleveland, Ohio – As all NAIA championships have been competed and the spring season comes to a close, the final standings for the Learfield Sports Directors' Cup have been announced. Three KCAC members were listed in the Top-100 of the Directors' Cup standings, released Friday, June 14 by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA).
